Kenpo Karate

Courage, Respect, Leadership, Discipline, Confidence, Focus, Fitness

Enrolling now!

More than any other sport or activity Karate emphasizes values and fundamentals when working with children (5 and up) and young adults.

During our time together instructors talk to students about bully awareness and make it a comfortable and safe environment for kids to express themselves and channel frustrations.

Kenpo Karate inspires children to be strong and focus on the things they can control rather than the things they can not.

It is essential that we teach our kids the importance of health and fitness from an early age to prevent them from developing bad habits.

The next step if you are interested would be to call and schedule a meet and greet that will take about 30 min.  Assuming you like what you see then we would schedule classes that fit YOUR schedule.  We customize our schedules to fit our students schedules.

Family sessions

Looking for a way to bring your family together and getting your kids interested in physical activity? How about the whole family doing martial arts class, boxing class, or a weight training session?  All health and fitness levels are encouraged.

The enthusiasm of the kids at our classes is boundless, but it can be hard to get parents to tag along. Most adults have busy lives, and between working and taking care of the kids, they have little time for anything else. Since you take the time to bring your kids to one of our classes, why not go the extra mile and join in?

Consider it a family night!!  Remember them?

Family nights are part of the fabric of this great nation, but most of the time it involves sitting down and eating excessive amounts of calories. Wouldn’t it be better for your kids to make fun of Mommy and Daddy as they try to keep up with their kids?

We find that the kids and parents try a little bit harder to learn the moves in order to keep family pride intact.
