development Programs

Instilling the morals, work ethic, and interpersonal skills needed to succeed in today’s atmosphere is key to success.  Our educational, professional, and apprenticeship programs pave the way for our participants to have the best hope for their futures, with the skills needed to succeed.

Small businesses in the communities we serve have come together to provide the structure and training for our programs.  By using small businesses, we can provide the mentorship needed to give our youth a preview of what is needed to succeed in their future endeavors.

PHOENIX FITNESS

Physical health should be just as big of a priority as your mental wellness.  With an array of programs to choose from, The Colorado Phoenix Project makes health and wellness a priority.  From self-defense to personalized training programs, The Colorado Phoenix Project has an activity for everyone to take advantage of.

Creating an environment that allows for growth through adversity helps our youth thrive as they go through different stages of life.  Mental fortitude, emotional maturity and social connections are an integrated part of what makes The Colorado Phoenix Project’s programs so successful.

PARTY PLANNING

The Colorado Phoenix Project knows how important it is to create a fun and safe environment for everyone.  Our party planning focuses on those that have no one to invite to their special events.  Everyday kids celebrate their special events with little if any support.

Our volunteer outreach is always looking for opportunities for party planning scholarships, and recipients.  These events bring tears to every eye and remind us that everyone deserves to have great memories of their childhood celebrations.

FINANCIAL LITERACY

Financial Literacy goes beyond checking the bank account to see if you have enough money to pay your bills.

Building a proper budget, knowing your credit scores, understanding your debt-to-income ratio and knowing how to generate multiple steams of income, have all becomes a matter of survival in today’s economy.

The Money Pit was created to recruit the professionals with the integrity, licensing and skills needed to educate our participants on financial independence.

By using a holistic financial approach to finances, our system has showed how credit, debt, taxes and retirement all work together.  Bringing these professionals and small business owners together to cohesively work together has provided a successful roadmap for financial success and independence.
