Enrolling now!

More than any other sport or activity, Karate emphasizes core values and fundamental principles, especially when working with children (ages 5 and up) and young adults.

Our instructors create a safe and welcoming environment where students learn about bully awareness, encouraging them to express themselves and channel their frustrations positively.

Kenpo Karate empowers children to be strong, focusing on what they can control rather than what they cannot. We prioritize teaching the importance of health and fitness from an early age, helping prevent the development of bad habits.

If you’re interested, the next step is to call and schedule a 30-minute meet and greet. If you like what you see, we’ll arrange classes that fit your schedule. We customize our schedules to meet the needs of our students.

Family Sessions

Looking for an engaging way to bring your family together while sparking your kids’ interest in physical activity? Imagine the entire family enjoying a martial arts class, boxing session, or weight training workout. All health and fitness levels are welcome!

Our classes are filled with enthusiastic kids, but we know it can be challenging to get parents to join in. With busy schedules and responsibilities, finding time for extra activities can seem impossible. However, since you’re already bringing your kids to our classes, why not take the plunge and participate too?

Make it a family night! Remember those?

Family nights have always been a cherished tradition, but they often revolve around calorie-laden dinners. Wouldn’t it be more fun for your kids to cheer—and perhaps tease—a bit as you and your partner keep pace with them in class?

We find that when parents join, both kids and adults push a little harder, driven by a sense of family pride and mutual encouragement. Join us and transform family time into an exciting fitness adventure!
